The laptop is in a reasonably good condition (no dead pixels on the screen & no serious dents or scratches) , just some slight discoloration at the 2 front corners.
This laptop has been around for 3 whole years and thus there is no way to pass it off as brand new , however the keyboard is extremely clean because I have never used the laptop without the keyboard protector.
It's hardware is functioning fine .I have also reformatted the laptop and it is ready to use.
I bought it in mid 2010 but did not really use it as I have purchased a desktop soon after.
This unit is suitable for project/paperwork, web surfing and watching of dramas/movies.
However , to be frank ,at times, there may be a slight audible sound from the laptop (you will be able to notice it if you are in a quiet room/not listening to music).
Nonetheless, the laptop is/has been functioning well and normal without any problems.
